Thrive is a four-week small group experience that explores your personal spiritual journey, the importance of connectedness in the Church, the discovery of your personal purpose, and the creation of a tangible plan for stepping towards a thriving life. Following the four-week small group time, you will have the option to have a guide that will follow up with you monthly for three months to encourage and support you in following through with your Thrive Plan.

Thrive is for you! Everyone has their own story, their own experiences, and a faith journey that is unique to them. Thrive is designed to meet you where you are at in your faith journey and to help build a personalized growth plan that is as unique as you to get you where you want to be.

As a church, RLC believes that this is a place where you can belong before you ever believe. This is a place for anyone who is looking for a safe community to belong to and ask questions about Jesus before believing in Jesus. Thrive is specifically designed for people who are looking to take a first step or a next step in faith. Our Thrive environments are for you to learn more about our church, faith in Jesus, and offer some specific steps for you as you explore.

Faith in Jesus is a never-ending journey. Thrive helps identify areas where you can grow in your relationship with God and others as well as equipping you with resources, mentors, and a plan to encourage you in your faith. As a resource, this experience helps you become more and more like the person we follow.

What separates Thrive from other group environments that we offer at RLC is that it provides you with specific next steps for growth that comes directly from your personal inventory. There is also no other environment that provides you with a personal guide who will coach, encourage, and mentor you once the 4-week group meetings end.

The first four weeks of the experience consist of weekly gatherings to learn and engage with the tools of Thrive. After the first four weeks, you are partnered with a Thrive guide who will coach you as you start putting your growth plan into action. That guide will be a resource for you for the following three months. One month of the Thrive experience and then three months of utilizing a guide.

The assessment’s value is directly tied to the whole Thrive experience. Without understanding the tools and its functions the assessment loses its impact. Additionally, the assessment result is only shared with those who complete the 4-week group experience.

Even though Thrive was created to help an individual to develop a personal spiritual growth plan, we believe life is best done in community. So YES, you can have your entire small group go through together.
